Manga Rock 2 v1.4.1 is out… bug fixes aplenty

Hi all,

We are glad to announce the release of version 1.4.1 of Manga Rock 2 today. You can get it HERE.

Please find the full changelog below:

  • Fixed a bug with “auto-download next chapter” that causes broken pages in online reading
  • Fixed a bug that causes broken pages in downloaded manga. Actually, this bug has been out there for a while, but we only discover the root cause of it recently.
  • Fixed a bug that caches all the manga pages and increases app size… apologies to those of you who have limited space on their devices.

Well, we tweaked the default setting in “Personalize” a little to improve the overall app experience.

  • Viewer – Auto download next chapter: ON (default)
  • Downloaded – All the settings are OFF by default
  • Favorite – Remove “Sort by latest updates” and “Auto download new chapters” options to make the app more stable. We will add these settings back in future updates.
That’s all, folks! Enjoy the update. If you have any question, comment below or email us at

P.S: We know that version 1.4 is plagued with many issues. And we are really sorry about that. Our team has been working non-stop for the last two weeks to make this release possible. We hope you would understand and continue supporting Manga Rock 2. Thanks!
